Hillside Multi-Family Residence

A private search mandate was completed for an exclusive residential building in Hergiswil, positioned above Lake Lucerne with panoramic views across the lake and surrounding mountains.

The client went on to purchase the entire building, which comprised three high-end residences with generous outdoor spaces and a contemporary architectural concept. Following the purchase, we were also entrusted with the letting of the lower garden apartment, handling the rental process through to tenant placement.

The mandate brought together private client advisory, property search support, and letting services within one discreet residential project.
